Account Registration

Q1. How do I register for an AnnieWear account?
A. Click the “Create account” button at the top of the homepage and fill out the required business information. AnnieWear is a wholesale-only platform, so your account will need to be approved before you can shop.

Q2. How long does it take to get approved?
A. Account approvals are typically completed within 1–2 business days. Additional documents may be requested to verify your business.
If you’ve submitted all required documents but haven’t received an update, please contact us at support@anniewearapparel.com for assistance.

Login Issues

Q1. I forgot my password. What should I do?
A. Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page, and enter your registered email address. You’ll receive a password reset link via email.

Q2. I can’t log in even after resetting my password.
A. A. Please make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your approved account. If issues persist, contact our customer support team at support@anniewearapparel.com.

Ordering

Q1. Is there a minimum order quantity or amount?
A. Yes. Most products have a minimum order quantity per style and size run — for example, 2-2-2-2 for S-M-L-XL or 2-2-2-1 depending on the item. Specific pack ratios and minimums are listed on each product page.

Q2. Can I place a preorder?
A. Yes, selected items are available for preorder. When you place a preorder, your card will only be charged when the item is ready to ship, and the order will be delivered based on the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) provided on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

Q1. What is your return policy?
A. All sales are final for wholesale orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival.

Q2. What if I receive damaged or wrong items?
A. Please contact us at support@anniewearapparel.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Q2. Do you offer drop shipping?
A. At this time, we do not offer drop shipping. AnnieWear is a wholesale-only platform for retailers with valid business credentials.
